Eddlemon's has been a Grand Prairie BBQ tradition since 1953. They have been serving up their signature brisket, sausage, and smoked meats for half a century in Grand Prairie.

In 2006, they moved to Prairie Lakes and took over the food and beverage operation. They still offer their same signature favorites but with a new expanded menu serving all day long. Grab a sandwich at the turn, stop in for lunch or dinner, or buy their meat and sides by the pound to take home.
